Account and data deletion

1. How to request deletion

To request deletion of your FairUpGG account, send an email to fairupgg@gmail.com with the subject FairUpGG account deletion.

In the message, include the email address used for registration, the FairUpGG profile name or nickname if available, and an explicit request to delete the account and associated data.

2. What may be deleted

Following the request, FairUpGG will delete or anonymize, where technically possible and within legal limits, the user account, associated email, name, surname, nickname, player profile, personal links, friend requests and personal data directly associated with the account.

3. Shared match data

FairUpGG manages matches and statistics that may involve multiple users. To preserve the consistency of shared history, some data relating to already recorded matches may be retained in anonymized form or in a form not directly attributable to the user.

4. Timing

Deletion requests will be handled within a reasonable period and, where possible, within 30 days of receiving the complete request. Additional information may be required to verify the requester’s identity and protect the account from unauthorized deletion.
